Historical Landmark Building- 70 Bedford Street, New York

Renovation to a historical high-end single-family residence in Greenwich Village. Building completely gutted inside to create new interiors at $1,500 per square foot cost. Pei Partnership Architects designed the project. Façade was renovated to comply with the Landmark’s Commission design intent.
